Baby

5 more weeks left until Baby comes into this world. The doctor asked me "Are you ready?" My answer was, "No."

Although this is our second child, it feels like our first in many ways because so much is new to us. We just bought some essential baby things the other day (i.e. pack 'n play to use as a bed, blankets, tub, some onesies, a bouncy chair). As I stare at this pile of stuff, it's starting to dawn on me that we're "doing this again", meaning we're going to have a newborn in the house again. Exhaustion, and diapers here we come!

Kayla is pretty excited about the baby. She's hoping for a sister but I guess we'll see. I know she'll be a great big sister.
