Prayer Items

Please join with us in lifting some of these items up to the Lord.

Thank God for:
1. Many new individual financial partners who have recently come on to our support team and all the one-time gifts we have been receiving
2. A potential church in Seattle wanting to also financially partner with us
3. The many who are already on our support team who consistently pray and give so generously
4. Provision for all our daily needs
5. Good health
6. Opportunities in getting to know people at the church we attend now (Vancouver Japanese Gospel Church)

Pray for:
1. John's older brother Mark: his kidneys are not functionally fully. We haven't heard too much more about what needs to be done to try to improve the health of his kidneys or what the next steps would be in dealing with this.
2. We are waiting to find out when we will be meeting with the Missions Council at this Seattle church about our application. We must "pass" the interview to be accepted as associate members thus become supported by the church.
3. And of course, for the complete provision of the remainder of our monthly and one-time expenses
4. John's mom, Mary's health: she recently had surgery on her toe (removal of a painful corn) so her foot is bandaged up and she isn't able to move around too much. Pray for her overall health (she has osteo.) and her forgetfulness at times discourages her.
5. John, along with three other co-workers are manning the SEND International booth today through Sunday (Jan.28th) at Vancouver Missions Fest. Please pray that people will take on the challenge of getting involved in missions. Pray for physical stamina for John, Tom, Ron and Amy as they talk with people all day for three days.
