A Note to Our Sponsors. . .

We want to thank all of you who have been praying and giving financially towards our ministry needs to get to the Philippines. We have felt extremely blessed and encouraged. The Lord has been steadily providing funds so we are hoping to depart in May.

One thing we would like to note to those of you who have been regular donors for the past three years. We kindly ask you to fill out a pledge form to communicate with the SEND office of your financial committment.

The reason for this is, to get a overall number on our financial needs to this point, we have had to average what we have been receiving every year for the past three years. Many people have given financial gifts but have not filled out a pledge form. We are very grateful for these gifts but we're not sure if we can count on them for the next two years we are in the Philippines.

Sometimes missionaries get to the field and after a year, realize that they are under supported because people have stopped giving financially. Perhaps the reason for this is people assume these missionaries don't need anymore support because they have gotten to the field, but on the contrary. Again, support needs are based on past giving averages as well as what has been pledged.
